What to expect?
Intro to the topic of cognitive biases and its relevance in Service Design projects. Cognitive biases are unconscious and systematic errors and deviations from rationality in perception, thought, memory and judgment. Over 150 biases unconsciously influence us in everyday life and at work.
We will introduce 6 biases we experience in our work in the field of innovation and change on a regular basis.
