Anna-Sophie Oertzen is a co-creation enthusiast, exploring innovative ways to design and deliver user-centric and profitable services. She is an accredited Service Design Trainer, who has been training practitioners on crafting value-added services for several years. Anna-Sophie has worked 500+ hours in multidisciplinary teams on Service Design projects and also has a sound history of doing qualitative and quantitative research as a Design Researcher. As a Marie Curie Fellow with the Service Design for Innovation Network (SDIN) funded by the European Union, she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. on co-creating services. She has presented her research across numerous countries and authored several publications. Anna-Sophie’s academic background is in International Business and Management with a specialization in Strategy and Innovation.
