As a senior service designer at Bridgeable, Danielle works alongside clients and customers to craft compelling visualizations and shape meaningful interactions. As a service designer, Danielle has collaborated with clients in financial services, public transit, and healthcare on a variety of projects including employee engagement, strategic foresight, and internal capacity building.
Prior to becoming a service designer, Danielle worked as a marketing strategist for Procter & Gamble, where she lead the branding strategy for two multi-million dollar brands in the Canadian marketplace. Danielle holds two degrees: a BSc. in civil engineering from Queen’s, and an Honours BSc. in design from York Sheridan.
In addition to her work at Bridgeable, Danielle works as an independent freelance designer for clients in academia, tech, and non-profit organizations. She also volunteers in her local Toronto community as a crisis line counsellor and feline foster parent.
