Dr.Moilanen is an experienced service designer with 20 years of experience as a consultant & PhD in Service Branding. Since 2010 Dr. Moilanen has in different roles participated over 90 Service Design projects, ranging from airlines to shopping malls and hotels to healthcare. Dr. Moilanen is the Head of R&D in Experience industries at HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences, and the Director of LAB8 – The Service Experience Laboratory.
