Jane is a manager of design strategy at Bridgeable, a service design consultancy based in Toronto, where she leads design teams and client engagements to help organizations deliver on their missions by building capabilities to innovate with their customers and stakeholders. She helps clients create value for their organizations and end-users by combining human-centered design methodologies with business strategy, ensuring that solutions not only meet customer needs, but can be practically implemented.
Her current practice is in the healthcare sector in Canada and the US, where she has delivered strategy and innovation projects in government, biotech, and non-for-profit.
Jane is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that impact people’s lives and throughout her career has delivered on user-centric experiences at Mount Sinai Hospital, the organizing committees for the Vancouver and London Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the Government of Canada. Jane holds a BA Hons Political Science from McGill and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.
