Have you ever wondered how AI could support your work in analysis and synthesis, deliverable creation, ideation, strategy development, or even leadership? Guided by experienced facilitators, you’ll learn how to build a custom GPT tailored to your unique needs, transforming and supercharging your approach to service design.

Through this collaborative learning experience, you’ll gain actionable insights and leave with an adaptable, AI-powered tool to elevate your service design process.

You'll complete the course having collaboratively created a custom GPT, as well as the necessary knowledge, experience and canvases to create a personal GPT perfectly tailored to your needs.​​
