Neil is a design leader and speaker who cares about making an impact for people and profit through insight and design. He heads up the consultancy practice at leading strategic design consultancy Nile where he develops new methods to stay at the forefront of design craft. Recently, Neil has introduced a futures thinking practice to Nile and it’s clients, helped NHS Digital reimagine it’s B2B experience using service design and introduced new ways to scale customer involvement in digital delivery for challenger banks. Over the years he has shared his love for design at a number of international conferences, including UX London, one of the world’s premier conferences on design.
