Service Design Professional

I am a business expert with over 15 years expirience in strategic and operation marketing, owner in business bureau Vzletit.

I have held the position of Head of the product development department and the head of distribution since 2007. Over the 10 years, I held more than 1000 negotiations with international partners. So I am professional negotiator and facilitator. First meeting with service design was in professional life in 2015 when I  have been Head of distribution department and have had the goal to increase profit of business unit. I did my first service design project  and received huge results with using service design method, so my beginning in the field was from the real experience, not from the theory.  After this case I decided to change my professional life and started with my colleagues from INEX Partners as like a partner in 2018 till 2020.

Now I have started my project - business bureau Vzletit. We help small and middle Ukrainian companies to improve service design as like method of creation new products, services and culture.

I am a trainer in Service Design Academy and an author of all materials for students - Service Designer, Project manager of service design and Trainer of Service Design. My huge business background and skills of TOP manager help me to be successful trainer. I do 6 courses in Service Design Academy each year, which visit more than 300 people.

I am trainer of service design for the biggest companies in Ukraine and business schools. I support as an expert and a trainer famous companies in Ukraine and not only. Among them are banks, retailers, startups, IT companies and others. We did a few trainings in Belorussia in 2019.
