In this course, you will learn how to efficiently, and effectively conduct your meetings / workshops / projects online so as to achieve the intended results, and at the same time engage all participants. With over 40 Mural trainings conducted with large organizations, including Motorola Solutions, Orange, Nielsen, and many others, the trainers share valuable insights on carrying out projects with the use of tools and techniques provided by Mural in these co-creative and highly interactive workshops.

What is the Service Design Network Academy?The SDN Academy is an educational initiative introduced by the Service Design Network (SDN) in 2019. What are the criteria for enrolling in a course?We do not have specified prerequisites attached to our courses. Nevertheless, our course descriptions provide a clear understanding of the content to be delivered. We, therefore, encourage interested participants to read them carefully and self-identify if the course is the right level based on their background and needs.
Where are the courses offered and in which languages?Our academy is a global initiative with the objective of providing courses in a multitude of languages.
