How Do You Turn Concepts Into Action?
Every service designer faces the same challenge: dreaming up great concepts is one thing, making them work in the real world is another. Why do even the best user journeys and service concepts sometimes falter? What holds your team back from turning ideas into meaningful impact? This course bridges that gap.
Why Take This Course?
Innovation is the lifeblood of service design, but introducing something new isn’t always easy. Resistance, misalignment, or lack of preparation can turn good ideas into missed opportunities. That’s where change management comes in. This course equips you with practical strategies to manage the people side of change—leading teams, building trust, and fostering collaboration even in uncertain times.
Change isn’t about systems or processes; it’s about people. And this course focuses on just that—helping you connect your vision with the buy-in and action needed to make it happen.
