2+ representatives from your organisation hold either an SDN Service Design Professional or Service Design Master accreditation

1+ SDN Accredited Service Design Professional or Service Design Master from your organisation is engaged in any service design consultancy project and/or training you deliver to your clients

SDN Accredited Service Design Practitioner
The SDN Accreditation Programme is an independent certification confirming that you have met established criteria and competencies within the field of service design. As a SDN Accredited Service Design Practitioner, you have fundamental knowledge and some initial practical application of service design principles, processes, methods and tools. Along with that, you are engaged within the service design community. For pre-requisites please see above.
