Problem Framing 2.0 with Roman Schoeneboom

Updated: Nov 24, 2021

SDN Acc. Service Design Master Roman Schoeneboom

We live in a complex world where old management mindsets no longer work and face new types of problems. But how do we reduce complexity? According to SDN Accredited Service Design Master Roman Schöneboom, the answer is Problem Framing! The concept of Problem Framing entails complex or complicated content that is not simplified but thoroughly designed and newly 'framed'.

Roman is currently the UX Design Systems Lead at Credit Suisse. With ten years of professional experience, he knows that you have to ask the right questions to get correct answers. His course "Problem Framing 2.0" returns to the SDN Academy on June 21, 2021. This "back by popular demand" program will work with participants to explore the importance of framing and a roadmap to a realistic problem framing process.

Here's what one student had to say after taking Roman's course:

This course is designed for all levels, whether you are a service designer, UX designer, design researcher, experienced designer or experienced strategist. Join Roman's Problem Framing 2.0 course and learn all about the essentials of the problem framing process.
